| 07/12/2007 | INSP - FULL | NSPRENGE | Violation | Store admits to locking doors 10 minutes before closing to prevent more customers from entering the dining/ counter area. At 10:00 pm on 7/5/07, a family and an additional patron were in the restaurant when they locked the doors. There is a sign over the doors that states that these doors are to remain open during business hours. I advised them that they are NOT to lock the doors while the building is occupied by customers, and that if they decide to do so in the future, they need to install either a thumb bolt latch or panic hardware to secure the doors. I am issuing a precitation for the first violation to be followed by a citation for any recurring violations. |
