06/05/2007 INSP - FULL EGRIFFIN Continued On 5-31-07, a fire prevention inspection was conducted on the security around the vacant buildings and pool at 6091 East Golf Links Road, in Tucson, Arizona. You have been identified by Stewart Title and Trust in Tucson Arizona as the responsible party. On 6-5-07, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted: 1). Currently this vacant property and pool has yet to be adequately secured. This building and pool is currently open to unauthorized persons. This is creating a very dangerous condition to life safety. Currently this property is in violation of the following Tucson fire code; 311.2.1 Security. Exterior openings and interior openings accessible to other tenants or unauthorized persons shall be boarded, locked, blocked or otherwise protected to prevent entry by unauthorized individuals. The pool area and property shall be adequately secured immediately. 2). Currently there is a very large amount of trash on the property. The trash receptacles are overflowing with waste. This is violation of the Tucson fire code: 304.1.1 Waste material. Accumulations of waste paper, wood, hay, straw, weeds, litter or combustible or flammable waste or rubbish of any type shall not be permitted to remain on a roof or in any court, yard, vacant lot, alley, parking lot, open space, or beneath a grandstand, bleacher, pier, wharf, manufactured home, recreational vehicle or other similar structure. This waste shall moved immediately. Enclosed are pictures of this very dangerous situation. This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed IMMEDIATELY, upon receipt of the certified letter. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.
