08/23/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION BCOBB Violation Re-inspection done 8/22/2007, after taking case from Greenleaf. MA 30 requiring the immediate unlocking and unblocking of all 4 exits. [done before I left premises]. Also by Monday 8/27/2007 manager is requested to have exit signs installed and an appointment for sprinkler system to be tested. There are to be NO keyed locks or latched on the inside of any exit door. [Thumb turn locks done!] / Sprinkler test is done. / Extension cords removed. / Aisles still a problem at times./
