I explained that we would issue him a Temporary OOS permit that would be good for 1 year. At that time he would have to remove them, using a state certified contractor. I will provide him with a list of contractors from ADEQ. He asked if he could abandon in place. I explained that we only allow if under a structure and would compromise stability if excavated. |
