08/15/2006 COMPL - INITIAL INSPECTION DRAMIREZ Approved Tucson Fire Department came to this location while investigating a "smoke in the area" dispatch. The owner was burning wood and lumber in an open area in the front yard. The fire was extinguished and the owner was advised of the open/recreational burning requirments within the city limits. Fire incident report # 46169. Refered to Fire Prevention. Owner was issued a pre-citation for violation of TFC 307.3.2 1.) improper containment of fire. 2.) open flame to close to structure. 3.) open flame to close to combustible material.
