01/02/2008 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LPUMPHRE Approved Inspection results per Red Folder email: An inspection was previously scheduled for this property for 01/04/08. I expedited the case and conducted the initial inspection at this property on 01/02/08 which revealed no violations at the time. The complaint stated there was 3 junk motor vehicles on the property, along with a trailer impeding sidewalk traffic. There were four vehicles and a third wheel RV in the front. Whereas this can be considered a large amount of vehicles, none can be considered "junk" at this time; they are allowed to have them. A two-wheel flat bed trailer was parked in the street but it did not appear to be obstructing pedestrian access. This can be referred to Parkwise to address for parking issues. The owners at this property also have an active permit for construction of an addition to the structure, which is in progress. Four complaints have been received on this property since last January. I was last at this location in October, in which there were no violations as well. All the vehicles either run or have current tags. The owner stated the 2-wheel trailer was being used daily due to construction of the addition (vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the street for more than 48 hours in one spot). The owner indicated there was neighbor with whom they had issues and/or problems. The case will be closed as noverify. If the constituent is also concerned regarding 2-wheel trailer being continually parked on the street, we can then refer to Parkwise. However, the trailer appears to be in use at this time. lrp
