11/29/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved **THESE NOTES ARE IN SIRE ALSO** VISITED SITE, MET WITH TFD CAPTAIN ARON (?) WHO MENTIONED A TRUCK PARKED BETWEEN #5 AND #7 AND BELONGING TO #7 WAS RAMMED BY A SECOND TRUCK, THE 1ST TRUCK WAS SHOVED AGAINST TRAILER #5 INTO TRAILER #8, THE SIDE OF TRAILER #5 HAD MINOR DAMAGE TO THE SKIN OF THE TRAILER, NO CLEAR DAMAGE TO #8, HOWEVER, A TFD FIREMAN WAS POSITIVE THAT HE RECEIVED A SHOCK FROM #8 WHEN THE TRUCK WAS TOUCHING BOTH TRAILERS. POWER TO BOTH TRAILERS WAS SHUT OFF. THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF TO THE PARK DUE TO A BROKEN WATER MAIN BETWEEN THE TWO TRAILERS, REPAIRS TO CAP THE MAIN HAD ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED AND THE PARK MANAGER WAS ONLY WAITING TO RESTORE WATER TO THE PARK. MANAGER JULIE VALLES MENTIONED SHE WOULD MAKE FINAL REPAIRS TO RESTORE WATER TO THE TRAILERS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. I CHECKED THE PEDESTAL, THEN CHECKED POWER TO #8, TURNED POWER BACK ON TO #8, THEN CHECKED POWER TO #5 CHECKED PANEL AT THE TRAILER WIRING TO PANEL WAS OK, CHECKED OUTLETS AND SWITCHES INSIDE, ALL WERE OK. RESTORED POWER TO #5 INFORMED TPD THAT IT WAS OK TO ALLOW TENANTS TO RETURN TO THE TRAILERS. SPOKE TO DON CUZMAN, WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE DAMAGED GAS LINE WAS FROM A PROPANE TANK. DON TOOK TO THE TANK WERE THE GAS LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN DISCONNECTED. DON MENTIONED GAS WAS USED FOR COOKING, HOT WATER HEATER WAS ELECTRIC SO GAS WAS NOT NECESSARY AND WATER IS TO BE RESTORED 1ST THING IN THE AM. SPOKE TO JULIE VALLES MANAGER WHO INFORMED ME THAT LORRAINE KUHN IN #8 HAD TOLD THEM ABOUT AN ELECTRICAL SHORT IN HER TRAILER APPROX 3 MONTHS AGO. IT WAS NOTICED AFTER REPAIRS TO THE ROOF OF THE TRAILER HAD BEEN COMPLETED AROUND THE SAME TIME. ALTHOUGH I FOUND NO ISSUES I INFORMED JULIE THAT I WOULD BE OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING WITH JERRY ORTA TO INSPECT THE TRAILER AGAIN.
