Description:

Complex has been turning off water for 3 hour blocks of time. Use to be every few months. Lately the water is turned off at the property every 2 weeks. A "Street Monitor" make the announcement when the wter will be tunred off. Before the water is turned on to the units, it flows down the complex street onto Camino Seco. When the water is turned on for the first few times inside the house it smells of rotten eggs. Fills the house with the horrible smell. Caller wants to know why that water keeps being shut off, allowed to flow onto the public street and smell so bad. Caller has contacted the City Water Department and they can not assist with this matter. The Mobile Home management company will not provide answers to the residents.
