Mr. Ames saw a truck illegally dumping furniture in the alley right behind his wall. They dumped sofa, matching chair, looks like a book case. He chased them down and got the license # 592WTH, snow white color, may be a Chevy, brand new truck. He blocked them & told them to pick up items but they got around him, made a "U" turn and took off.
