No phone or address information for property owner in case file .... neighbor at 825 E. 38th - Lupe Kingman - thought Mrs. Eula Davis might be a patient at La Colina Care Center near ' Kino ' hospital .... no further information from other neighbor at 807 E. 38th. Supervisor Lucy Valdez approved securing the property by Bathcrest .... contacted them & their representative - Scott - secured the door & windows ( obtained photo's ) & posted no trespassing signs. Property also had grass, weed, trash ( interior & exterior - food products, furnishings, clothes, paper, feces, plastic, cans, tires, bikes, shopping cart, etc. ) violation. My effort to obtain information for the property owner at La Colina Care Center was unsuccesful - require birth date or social security number for additional research if they might be receiving State assistance. |
