OWNER TOLD HIM TO GO TO SALVATION ARMY. THIS HAPPENED LAST SATURDAY MORNING. CALLER HAS A SON AND CAN'T LIVE IN THIS. OWNER WON'T ANSWER HIS PHONE AT THIS POINT. THE CLEANERS (STEANY CONCEPTS) THAT TOLD HIM ALL OF THIS IS PHONE NUMBER IS 631-4492.

THE TENANT DID CLEAN ALL THE WASTE. THE OWNER DID HAVE ROTO ROOTER COME OUT AND SERVICE THE SEWER AND REMOVE THE BLOCKAGE ON THE 9-29-07. ON 10-01-07 THE OWNER HAD CONTRACTED STEANY CONCEPTS COME OUT AND EVALUATE THE DRYWALL DAMAGE AND FURNITURE FROM THE SEWAGE OVERFLOW. THEY STATE THAT 90% OF THE DWELLING IS CONTAMINATED AND TO PROPERLY SANITIZE THE UNIT THEY NEED TO CUT OUT 1 FOOT OF DRYWALL ALL AROUND THE UNIT TO SANITIZE THE INNER WALLS ALL THIS TO PREVENT MOLD FROM GROWING. THEY REQUIRE THE UNIT TO BE VACANT FROM 1 WEEK. THEY DID ADVISE THE TENANT THAT CONTINUING TO LIVE THERE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS IS HAZARDOUS. 10-03-07 INSPECTED THE DWELLING AND FOUND IT TO BE VERY CLEAN THERE WERE TWO DEHUMIDIFIERS IN THE UNIT. THE OWNER LEFT A LETTER ASKING THE TENANT TO VACANT THE UNIT DUE TO THE DAMAGE AND THE UNIT WAS NOT SAFE TO LIVE IN. I TOLD THE TENANT THAT AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO VIOLATION DUE TO NO SEWAGE ON THE GROUND AND ALL PLUMBING SYSTEMS WORKING AND THE OWNER TAKING ALL APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO RESOLVE THE DAMAGE AND ADVISE THE TENANT TO MOVE HIS FAMILY TO A SAFE LOCATION ALL THIS BASED ON THE SPEAKING TO THE CONTRACTOR AND THE OWNER. THE TENANT DID STATE THAT HIS WORK HAD GIVEN HIM MONEY TO RELOCATE AND HE WAS GOING TO MOVE ON FRIDAY THE 10-12-2007. LATER THAT DAY I SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND HE STATED HE WILL SERVICE THE UNIT AS SOON AS THE TENANT VACATES. |
