He is located in Phoenix. He was notified of the sign. She explained that the banner needs to be removed. She explained that we have received two complaints but that since the property is owned by the city of Tucson, we can prosecute. She told him that the City needs to set the example and this illegal banner needs to be removed. She explained that a permit is required for a banner and when a permit is applied for, DSD will explain the size and placement limitations.
