09/29/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved Found out the Biff Baker had fencing in place. Found pool in rear yard does have a block wall around the pool and a pool gate that opens away from the pool. Removal of fencing does not cause any other violations. Case closed.
