BROKEN WINDOWS - LEAK IN THE ROOF IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. LAUNDRY ELECTRICAL DOES NOT HAVE 220 PLUG FOR THE DRYER. TILE COMING UP ALL OVER THE HOUSE. THE FIRST BATHROOM IS INOPERABLE, SHOWER OVERFLOWS AND THE SINK IS PLUGGED. CEILING IN ONE OF THE BEDROOM IS COMING DOWN BECAUSE OF WATER LEAKS. THE SWAMP COOLER DOESN'T WORK. HIGH SETTING BLOWS LOW. TENANTS PUT NEW PADS AND FIXED THE SPIDERS BUT MAINTENANCE TOLD THEM THEY NEED A NEW COOLER. THE CLOSET DOORS FALL OFF THE HINGES. THE DOOR HANDLES YOU CAN'T OPEN THEM IF YOU CLOSE THEM WITHOUT A KNIFE OR SOMETHING. NO NAME OR NUMBER FOR MANAGER. THEIR CONTACT IS THE MAINTENANCE MAN (TIM) AND NO NUMBER FOR HIM. HE IS ON-SITE AND THEY GO SEE HIM FOR PROBLEMS.
