EXPLAINED THAT CALLER SHOULD GIVE MORE TIME BEFORE INVOLVING CITY. CALLER WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO BREAK LEASE, EXPLAINED WE DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN LEGAL ISSUES. CALLER IS SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY. 8-3-07 MS CALLING WHEN INSPECTOR DUE? SAYS RAINS CAUSED KITCHEN FLOOR TO SINK. THAT SHE ADVISED US OF THAT B4. MGMNT ISN'T DOING ANYTHING TO TAKE-CARE-OF AND NOT PLACING HER SOMEWHERE ELSE. VERY CONCERNED FOR HER & KIDS SAFETY.
