TENANT IS DISABLED AND CAN NOT KEEP UP WITH DAMAGE TO APARTMENT. MAINT. LOOKED AT IT TODAY SAID NOTHING AND LEFT NO FURTHER CONTACT FROM MANG. HAS PUT RAGS ON FLOOR AND IS NOT HELPING.
