07/27/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JORTA Correction Required MADE A T.F.D. REQUESTED INSPECTION at this location (restaurant) due to a workman getting a severe shock while working under the in-kitchen steam table. The findings were that the appliance had a lack of maintanance and the electrical wires were hanging below the unit. The workman came into contact which caused the shock. I wrote up the securement as well as other items of concern. ( See N.O.V.-SIRE) Circuit #23 & 25 remain off untill authorized per n.o.v. See SIRE for photos.
