MAINT MAN TOOK ME TO #3105 AND TOILET NOW WORKS. MNGR ALSO STATES CARPET HAS BEEN DISINFECTED. MANAGEMENT HAS ABATED ALL ISSUES BY MOVING TENANT INTO A NEW UNIT. INITIALLY THERE WERE PROBLEMS IN NEW UNIT WITH A/C, BUT THOSE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED & A/C WORKING OK AT THIS TIME. TENANTS LEASE UP AT THE END OF AUGUST, AT WHICH TIME TENANT & MANAGEMENT WILL RE-EVALUATE THE LEASE ISSUE AND WHERE TENANT WILL MOVE IF SHE STAYS. DNR HAS NO ISSUES AT THIS TIME. CLOSE CASE!!
