PREVIOUS CASE #T07DV05013 EMMA 327-4961 CALLER, CALLED EARLIER AND SPOKE W/NEIL, NEIL EXP DSD HAD TO ENFORCE THE BUILDING OF THE FENCE. SHE CALLED DSD AND THEY TRANSFER HER BACK TO US.
