The roof leak or the duct work leaking water has ruined the water heater and the furnace. This condition has been in existence for some time and progressively getting worse over the years. Some of the violations that will be addressed on the supplement notice of violation are, A) The furnace which is unserviceable, rusted and can no longer function safely. B) The water heater controls need to be examined by a plumbing contractor, as well as installing a approved pressure and temperature relief valve. C) Repairing the leak wherever it originates. D) Miscellaneous electrical violations and E) Other miscellaneous such as proper window closures/handles. |
