07/24/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JHURD Correction Required 7/23/07 VISITED SITE MET WITH OCCUPANT CARRIE, SHOWED WHERE ROOF LEAKING, B/R CLOSET, PART OF B/R FLOOR, CARPET, HALL CLOSET, CARPETING, SOME DRYWALL DAMAGE, TALKED WITH MANAGER MARIE, WHO SHOWED AND STATED THAT HAS HAD HOLLINGSWORTH ROOFERS PLUS MAINT. ON ROOF MAKING REPAIRS, (PAPER WORK IN FILE) STILL WATCHING TO SEE IF WILL LEAK WHEN RAINS, SO FAR LEAK HAS BEEN HARD TO FIND, BUT AGAIN ALL OVER IT. HAS BEEN UP INTO APT. TALKED WITH OCCUPANT, ALL DRYWALL REPAIRS WILL BE DONE AS SOON AS THEY SEE LEAK HAS BEEN REPAIRED. WHILE ON SITE DID SEE WHERE SEVERAL TREES HAD BEEN BLOWN OVER AND LIMBS BROKEN DUE TO STORM, AGAIN MANAGEMENT MARIE WAS ON TOP OF THIS ISSUE HAD ALL READY RETAINED AND TREE COMPANY, WERE ON SITE REMOVING ALL DEBRIS FROM PROPERTY. ALSO CHECK POOL BARRIER FENCE, FOUND NORTH GATE DID NOT OPERATE AS INTENDED, HAD A PROBLEM SELF CLOSING AND SELF LATCHING, HAD MAINT. MAKE REPAIRS WHILE I WAS STILL ON SITE, REPAIRED. AT THIS TIME FOUND NO REASON TO ISSUE N/O/V DUE TO MANAGEMENT IS AWARE AND IS WORKING WITH CONTRACTORS AND MAINT. TO RESOLVE.
