COOLER NOT BLOWING OUT COOL AIR AFTER MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN DONE BY LANDLORD. CALLER WOULD LIKE AN INSPECTION. EXPLAINED THE PROCESS OF INSPECTION, THAT A PRECISE UNIT INSPECTION WOULD NOT BE WHAT WOULD OCCUR IF THAT VENT IS BLOWING OUT COOL AIR, CALLER CONTINUED TO PRESS ISSUE OF CHECKING THE UNIT FOR PROPER MAINTENANCE. I ASKED IF THE CALLER WOULD LIKE FOR AN INSPECTOR TO GET INVOLVED OR NOT, CALLER BECAME HESITANT WHEN MENTIONED THAT INSPECTOR WOULD CONTACT MANAGER. STATED SHE WOULD CALL BACK AFTER MANAGER WAS DONE WITH MAINTENANCE.
