SWAMP COOLER IS LEAKING BADDLY MANAGEMENT HAS NOT FIXED PROBLEM AND TENANT'S WATER BILL IS OVER $70.00 A MONTH DUE TO LEAKING/ ALSO THERE WAS A METH FIRE IN KITCHEN FROM OLD OCCUPANT.
