SWAMP COOLER IS LEAKING BADDLY MANAGEMENT HAS NOT FIXED PROBLEM AND TENANT'S WATER BILL IS OVER $70.00 A MONTH DUE TO LEAKING/ ALSO THERE WAS A METH FIRE IN KITCHEN FROM OLD OCCUPANT. NEW TENANT BELIEVES THAT UNIT WAS NOT PROPERLY INSPECTED BEFORE SOMEONE MOVING IN TO IT. IS NOW BEING EVICTED AND WANTS SOMEONE TO INSPECT BEFORE THE 10TH OF JULY AS HE WAS JUST GIVEN THE EVICTION NOTICE TODAY. MANAGEMENT HAS CONTINUOUSLY TOLD TENANT TO FIX PROBLEMS ON HIS OWN.
