RECOMMENDATION BY HVAC COMPANY "ALL COOLER NEEDS DUCT WORK" MANAGER HAS NOT PROVIDED FANS AND TENANTS MOTHER HAD TO TAKE 4 FANS. MANAGER HAS BEEN TOLD NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING. **TENANTS MOTHER(MICHELLE) WOULD LIKE A CALL BEFORE GOING OUT**
