07/17/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LPUMPHRE Approved Inspection showed a vacant gas station at the corner of Kolb and Golf Links. The owners have placed a perimeter fence around the property, which is not required. The building itself is in good condition and does not appear to have been breached- i.e.: no broken windows, graffiti, etc. There is a front gate, which is closed, that abuts Kolb that is unlocked. However, there is not a security concern at this time and it is not near residential areas. No action will be taken. lrp
