MY PLAN WAS TO ISSUE NOV's FOR EACH TENANT CONCERNING THE TRASH & DEBRIS, GRASS & WEEDS, BUT AFTER FURTHER REVIEW OF THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY, FOUND THAT THE EXTERIOR FRONTS AND SIDE AREAS WERE FAIRLY CLEAN. SO I MET WITH ALL TENANTS IN THE DUPLEXES EXCEPT FOR 1410 & 1422, AND WENT OVER ALL THE BACK YARD AREAS AND ANNY FRONTS THAT MAY NEED FURTHER ATTENTION. UNITS 1412 & 1422 e 16TH AND UNIT 612 CURTIS WERE PROBABLY THE WORST, HOWEVER, I DID SPEAK TO RICK (1412) AND JAMES (612) AND WITH BOTH TOGETHER EXPLAINED THAT REAR YARDS NEEDED TO BE KEPT UP BY REMOVING ANY TRASH OR UNWANTED ITEMS AND THEN PLACING THOSE WANTED ITEMS IN A NEAT PILE SOMEWHERE OUT OF SITE, PERHAPS BEHIND THE WASHER/DRYER AREA, OUT OF SITE FROM THE STREET OR DRIVES IN THE REAR OF PROPERTIES. RICK AND JAMES BOTH AGREED TO REMOVE A PILE OF WOOD THAT THEY BOTH HAD COMPLED ON THE S/W CORNER OF THE COMPLEX. CHECKED FIVE CARS ON S/W CORNER FOUND VEHICLES WERE EITHER RUNNING OR HAD TAGS AND DID NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS. ACTUALLY THE CLEANING OF THE REAR YARDS PROBABLY CANNOT BE COVERED UNDER OUR JURISDICTION. - TEMP1 |

DAN MENTIONED THAT GRANTE IS RENTING THE FENCED AREA ONLY AT THE S/E CORNER OF 15TH & HIGHLAND AND MENTIONED THEY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MATERIALS LEFT OUTSIDE THE FENCE. I ASKED THAT ANYTHING THEY THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR, OR THAT THEY OWN, BE PLACED INSIDE OF THE FENCE. DAN ALSO MENTIONED THERE WAS ANOTHER COMPANY RENTING SPACE EAST OF THEIR YARD AND THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THEY LEFT ON THE LOT. I ASKED HE CLEAN ONLY THEIR STUFF AND COT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMAINDER OF LOT. - TEMP1 |
