| 06/20/2007 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | DCOX | Approved | I spoke with Lynn Simon of Tucson Realty & Trust, the management company. This property is a co-operatively owned property. Mr. O'Pry contacted the management company yesterday to report a plumbing drainage problem. A plumber was dispatched. The occlusion was cleared. Mr. O'Pry is stating he has a mess in his home and wants it cleaned up. I explained to Mr. O'Pry that since he is the owner, he is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of his home. I explained if he felt someone else was responsible for the cause of the alleged mess, he would have to address that with that person or people. Shortly after speaking wiht Mr. O'Pry I recieved a call from the PC Health Dept. regarding Mr.O'Pry. I spoke with Charlotte and explained the situation. Mr. O'Pry had spoken with her regarding this matter however he failed to acknowledge that he owned the unit and that the proper was a Co-Operative. |
