NICHOLS HEATING AND COOLING WAS ALSO ON SITE, HAD ALREADY CHECKED LARGE COOLER AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING EACH INDIVIDUAL UNIT FOR AIR OR LACK OF AIR. MATTHEW MENTIONED TENANT IN #14 HAD COMPLAINED AND MENTIONED THAT THEY WERE RELOCATING THAT TENANT INTO #6 WHICH WAS UNOCCUPIED. MATTHEW MENTIONED ONLY 5 OF 12 UNITS WERE OCCUPIED AND THAT UNITS WILL NOT BE RENTED UNTIL ALL REPAIRS REQUIRED BY THE STATE WERE COMPLETED. WALKED FOUR DIFFERENT UNITS AND TOOK PICTURES. CHECKED COOLER, COOLER WAS RUNNING, HAD WATER IN THE BOTTOM OF COLLER, FLOAT WORKING, SPIDERS DRIPPING WATER TO 4 OF 16 PADS. OTHER PADS WERE SEMI WET SPIDERS BARELY DRIPPING - REMAINING SPIDERS FLUSHING WELL. LEAVES DID HAVE LIME BUILD-UP. ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX MISSING A SCREW TO FACE PLATE OTHERWISE GOOD. PUMP WORKING OK. UNIT ONE DID NOT ANSWER DOOR, CALLED TENANT - NO ANSWER, LEFT MESSAGE TO CALL. TENANT IN #1 DID HAVE A WINDOW A/C UNIT AND IT WAS RUNNING AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
