I have been by several times to monitor and significant progress has been made. I went to the property today and there were items, neatly stacked and contained by some mesh, awaiting the city's Brush and Bulky pick-up service, which is due the week of the 18th of June. The front perimeter yard was clean, neat and the vegetation recently trimmed. There were neither storage violations, nor any other refuse visible, other than the B&B items.
