10/01/2007 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GGOODMAN | Approved | ON 06/18/07 I HAD SPOKEN TO OWNER LANIN GYURKO WHO MENTIONED THAT TENANT WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS INSIDE THE UNIT. I ASKED HE SEND OR FAX A COPY OF LEASE AGREEMENT. I TOLD HIM HE WOULD PROBABLY STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS OF THE UNIT UNIT. CALLED TENANT VIOLET ON 06/20/07 AFTER RECEIVING THE LEASE AGREEMENT AND WAS INFORMED THAT TENANT HAD MOVED OUT OF THE UNIT BY HER MOTHER WHO ALSO MENTIONED VIOLET WAS NOW STAYING WITH HER. CONTACTED WALTER SPARKS WHO ALLOWED ENTRY AND FOUND THAT SMOKE DETECTOR HAD BEEN INSTALLED. MR SPARKS MENTIONED HE HAD SPRAYED UNIT FOR INSECTS MENTIONED HE ALWAYS HAD IN THE PAST. UNIT WAS BEING PAINTED AGAIN GETTING READY TO RE-OCCUPY. DNR CHOOSES NOT TO ENFORCE THE SMELL ISSUE. TWO ISSUES HAD ALREADY BEEN ABATED. WILL CLOSE CASE DUE TO TENANT MOVING OUT.
