05/01/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved I spoke with the manager, Kathy Massenburg, at 16:30 on 04-30-07. . She stated that the owner agreed to call a plumbing contractor once he discovered that his staff maintenance person could not resolve the problem. Approximately 16:45 the tenant called DNR offices to advise the plumbing contractor had arrived. As of 15:30 05-01-07 there have been no other calls to indicate the problem still exists. Case closed.
