The 300 gallon container in the alley to the west of the address was clear of debris and trash around the container. The address in question is a multi-family residential structure. The number of refuse container's, as well as the type and location of the container's is determined by City of Tucson Environmental Services Department. Please direct complainant to ES for further assistance. Case closed.
