04/02/2007	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	JVALDEZ	Approved	Spoke to Mr. Peter Pierson by phone this morning, he stated that he was a guess at the motel back in May 2007 for the gem show. He said he can't remember what room he stayed in but did notice that under the mattress he saw mold and some water leaks in the complex but wasn't specific as to the location. I went out to the motel and met with manager Laurie, I told her I'm responding to a complaint from a guess who stayed in the motel back in Feb, 2007. I asked her if I could inspect a couple of vacant rooms to see what condition they are in she said ok. I inspected room number 34, 42 and they were in a good state along with the grounds. No violation at this time. I called Mr. Peter Pierson and left phone message that I would be closing the case.
