03/27/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JAVLDEZ Approved MET WITH MAINTENANCE ON SITE THERE WAS A NAIL HOLE ON THE ROOF THAT PENETRATED THROUGH THE CEILING AND CAUSE THE LEAK INTO THE LIVING ROOM. THERE WAS AN 18" DIAMETER WET SPOT ON THE CARPET. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED THE LEAK AND THE TENANT STATED HE WOULD EVACUATE THE WATER FROM THE CARPET. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME.JV
