PROPERTY MANANGER PROMISED TO FIX EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED WHEN TENANT MOVED IN/ PROBLEMS THAT EXSIST ARE: TOILET AND TUB BACKING UP/WATER WAS COMING DOWN THE WALL AND HAD DETERIORATED THE WALL AROUND THE ELECT. PLUG. MANAGER PUT A THROW PILLOW INTO THE FLUTE OF THE SWAP COOLER. CARPET IN BEDROOM IS SOAKED AND WILL START TURNING TO MOLD SOON. SMOKE ALARMS NOT WORKING/PIPE OUT FRONT WHICH IS THE TURN OFF VALVE AND IT IS LEAKING AND MANAGER TIED IT UP WITH MATERIAL AND A CLAMP WHICH IS STILL LEAKING. THERE IS WATER EVERYWHERE IN THE UNIT.SWAP COOLER IS BROKEN AND TENANT KNOWS THAT COME SUMMER THE MANAGER IS NOT GOING TO FIX IT TENANT HAS BEEN THERE 7 MONTHS AND NOTHING IS BEING FIXED CORRECTLY OR AT ALL.
