GLENN PERRY V.P. OF COMPANY DOING THE WORK.WE DID A WALK THRU MR. PERRY.EXPLAINED THE REMOVAL PROCESS, THE TIME FRAME INVOLVED. THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WHEN WORK IS COMPLETE FOR A WALK THRU INSPECTION.RENTERS DID CALLED ME ON 1/12/07 & ADVISED ME THEY WERE FILING A LAW SUIT & WANTED COPIES OF MY PAPER WORK. I ADVISED THEM THAT WAS FINE. THEY DID NOT LEAVE ME A PHONE # OR ADDRESS? NO VIOLATION NOTICE ISSUED OWNERS TOOK THE PROPER STEPS TO CORRECT WATER LEAK AND RELOCATING RENTERS. |
