MR GARCIA ALSO MENTIONED THAT PROPERTY WAS NOT ZONED TO HAVE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS STORED ON THE PROPERTY. ALSO MENTIONED THAT A 2ND ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY WAS NEEDED FOR EMERGENCY & UTILITY VEHICLES, HE MENTIONED HE SPOKE WITH TFD & TFD NEEDED TO ACCESS ROW'S. CALLED & SPOKE TO PRISCILLA MARTINEZ, NEW OWNER OF PROPERTY, WHO MENTIONED THEY HAD PROPERTY MARKERS RELOCATED BY POLARIS SURVEYING, CALLED ZONING & FOUND OUT ONLY ONE ENTRANCE/ACCESS WAS NEEDED 20FT WIDE - OWNERS HAVE APPROX 25-30FT TO THE REAR PROPERTIES & THAT CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ON THE PROPERTY WERE NOT THEIRS, WERE THERE WHEN THEY BOUGHT THE PROPERTY, BUT THEY DO KNOW WHO OWNS THE MATERIALS. I EXPLAINED TO BOTH PROPERTY OWNERS THAT I WOULD NEED TO CHECK RECORDS TO DETERMINE HOW THE PROPERTY WAS ZONED, & SEE IF I COULD DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THE SURVEYING WAS DONE CORRECTLY. MRS MARTINEZ MENTIONED SHE WOULD PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF HER SURVEY ON 9/18/06. |
