09/20/2006 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION DCOX Continued Spoke with Raul, property rep. today and he was unaware of the need for permit. He apologized and stated that he would be in later this week or early next week to secure a permit. A follow up is set for end of next week to assure compliance. If non-compliant at the time of f/u, notice will be issued.
