ADVISED THAT I TALK TO RAY MAJUTA AND THAT CHARLES CLEMENS WILL DO INSPECTION. I WENT TO SITE AND WORK WAS ALMOST COMPLETED AND INSPECTOR WAS ON HIS WAY. LINES TO TRANSFORMER HAVE BEEN PUT IN FOR REPLACEMENT. EXPLAINED TO TENANT THAT CLEARANCE NEEDS TO BE CALLED IN BEFORE TEP WILL MAKE CONNECTION. I ADVISED THAT POWER WON'T BE ON UNTIL ABOUT 5:00 PM MAYBE. GAVE NOTICE OF VIOLATION TO TENANT AND SHOULD BE FAXED TO OWNER AND COULD BE USED AS INSURANCE CLAIM. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. |
