New and existing buildings shall have approved address numbers, building numbers or approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. These numbers shall contrast with their background. · Provide Proper address on the proper. Numbers shall be 12 inches in height Detail Shop 605.1 Abatement of electrical hazards. Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the code official responsible for enforcement of the ICC Electrical Code. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. · Repair exposed wires on the East wall that are coming out of the j-box. · Place blanks in the electrical panel where the breakers are missing · Abate wiring that is sticking out of the side of the electrical panel. 906.7 Hangers and brackets. Hand-held portable fire extinguishers, not housed in cabinets, shall be installed on the hangers or brackets supplied. Hangers or brackets shall be securely anchored to the mounting surface in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions. · All fire extinguishers shall be properly mounted 3404.3.2 Liquid storage cabinets. Where other sections of this code require that liquid containers be stored in storage cabinets, such cabinets and storage shall be in accordance with Sections 3404.3.2.1 through 3404.3.2.3. · Provide Flammable liquid storage cabinets for your flammable and combustible liquids. 407.2 Material Safety Data Sheets. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all hazardous materials shall be readily available on the premises. · Provide MSDS for all chemical and train employees on the hazardous communication program. Booth 1503.2.1.4 Areas adjacent to spray booths. Electrical wiring and equipment located outside of, but within 5 feet (1524 mm) horizontally and 3 feet (914 mm) vertically of openings in a spray booth or a spray room shall be approved for Class I, Division 2 or Class II, Division 2 hazardous locations, whichever is applicable. · All electrical wiring shall be in compliance with the electrical Code. 1504.2.1 Operation. Mechanical ventilation shall be kept in operation at all times while spraying operations are being conducted and for a sufficient time thereafter to allow vapors from drying coated articles and finishing material residue to be exhausted. Spraying equipment shall be interlocked with the ventilation of the spraying area such that spraying operations cannot be conducted unless the ventilation system is in operation. · Spraying operation shall be interlocked with the ventilation system 1504.3 Filters. Air intake filters that are part of a wall or ceiling assembly shall be listed as Class I or Class II in accordance with UL 900. Exhaust filters shall be required. · All filters shall be replace and in place when spraying operations are being conducted. 1504.6 Fire protection. Spray booths and spray rooms shall be protected by an approved automatic fire-sprinkler system complying with Chapter 9 which shall also protect exhaust plenums, exhaust ducts and both sides of dry filters when such filters are used. · Sprinkler the booth 111.1 STOP WORK ORDER . Whenever the fire code official finds any work regulated by this code being performed in a manner contrary to the provisions of this code or in a dangerous or unsafe manner, the fire code official is authorized to issue a stop work order. · You shall cease and desist all spraying operations until a sprinkler system has been installed and approved. 1504.6.1 Protection of sprinklers. Automatic sprinklers installed in spraying areas shall be protected from accumulation of residue from spraying operations in an approved manner. Bags used as a protective covering shall be 0.003-inch-thick (0.076 mm) polyethylene or cellophane or shall be thin paper. Automatic sprinklers contaminated by overspray particles shall be replaced with new automatic sprinklers. Mechanic Shop 605.5 Extension cords. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures, extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall be used only with portable appliances. · Remove the two extension cords in the mechanic shop used as permanent wiring. 105.6.17 #3 Flammable and combustible liquids. An operational permit is required: To store, handle, install, test or use Class II or Class IIIA or Class IIIB liquids in excess of 25 gallons (95 L) in a building or in excess of 60 gallons (227 L) outside a building, except for fuel oil used in connection with oil-burning equipment. · Obtain a permit for your AST's (2 each) 605.1 Abatement of electrical hazards.
