09/20/2006 INSP - AST/UST JLANGEJA Approved This was a UST removal of a 320 gallon used oil tank. After metering the tank, I determined that a purge was not necessary due to no flammable vapors. The tank was pumped out prior to my arrival and per Southwest Hazard was full of water that had a light sheen of oil on top. The ADEQ/TFD UST Closure report was completed.
