08/21/2006 INSP - AST/UST JLANGEJA Approved I went to address to talk to Mr. Dile. We spoke about the 3000 gal UST that has been there since 1974. He told me that he had paperwork from the ADEQ giving him permission to abandon the UST in place. I informed him that he would need to produce any documentation to that fact. I also informed him of the consequence of not having written approval from ADEQ and that the UST would have to be removed. I told him that I would follow up in 1 week.
