08/09/2006 INSP - AST/UST JLANGEJA Approved UST removal- 1 x 10,000 gal diesel tank. This tank was purged with 200 lbs of CO2, O2 level @ 3% prior to breaking concrete. Tank was clean and soil samples were obtained by Dennis Krantz of Zelen Consultants & Contractors. He will send copy of results to TFD. Tank was removed from site for proper disposal.
