per Jeff Backherms went to a call out regarding a call in whcih a glass business employee saw a truck pull into the apartment parking lot, got hung up int he low hanging wires then left pulling down several lines, at least one of which was energized and arcing/sparking before EN11 arrived, it looks like the lines were reparied, but still hanging down very low inspector Ramirez went out on this complaint
