Complaint sent by Captain Ruetz 1. access is not up to code the front gate is electrically operated and has a lock box with a card key in it it works, but won't keep the gate open, it only allows one vehicle to pass then closes. also the side gates though there are FD locks in place, the ladder captain said that it was difficult to gain entry.
