04/26/2006 COMPL - INITIAL INSPECTION JLANGEJA Approved I met with owner who had recently received 2 Supra boxes through TFD and had only ordered 1. She also received a "through wall" kit for 1 box and needed instruction on how to use it. She also had a complaint about phone solicitors from the fire department calling her and asking for money. I explained to her that TFD does not do this. I asked her to get as much information as possible if this happens in the future and to forward that to me for follow up.
