She stated that she has made attempts to get the heater turned on however the tenant has been somewhat difficult to work with. I called the tenant and told him that the landlord will get the heat on as soon as he calls and is willing to be at the residence when workers arrive. The tenant called me and left a message stating that he made his request and that the owner would be out tomorrow to get the heater turned on. Follow up Monday December 18th, 2006.
