MAINTENANCE HAS ATTEMPTED TO ENTER APT TO REPAIR THE FLOOR BUT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GAIN ENTRY. INFORMED THEM TO GO AHEAD AND SCHEDULE MONDAY MORNING FOR REPAIR AND THAT I WOULD NOTIFY TENANTS. MANAGEMENT OFFICE ALSO INDICATED THAT THEY WOULD BE FAXING OVER COPIES OF WORK ORDERS ADDRESSING THE TENANTS COMPLAINTS. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME, CLOSE CASE AFTER OFFICE SENDS WORK ORDER SHOWING REPAIR IS COMPLETE. |
