LIVING ROOM ELECTRICAL OUTLET (ALL) SHOW OPEN GROUND. SMOKE DETECTOR NEAR LIVING ROOM AND FRONT DOOR IS INOP. BEDROOM 1 ELECTRICAL OUTLETS SHOW OPEN GROUND. WINDOW IS BROKEN, IS MISSING ALL WEATHERSTRIPPING AND DOES NOT LOCK. HALLWAY SMOKE DECTECTOR IS INOP. BEDROOM 2 NORTH ELECTRICAL OUTLET IS INOP. WINDOW BROKEN AND FALLS OF TRACK. KITCHEN. WATER HEATER CONNECTIONS APPEARSS OK BUT INSTALLED IN 2003 WITHOUT PERMITS. KITCHEN LACKS GFCI PROTECTION. CLOTHES WASHER SHOWS OPEN GROUND ON ELECTRICAL OUTLET.
