09/08/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MCOX Violation Received case assignment today. Inspected. Unit is a studio apartment. Has small wall unit cooler, is deteriorated and leaks. Per tenants water runs down apartment wall and soaks carpet. Bathroom sink leaks. They have a bowl in cabinet under sink to catch leaking water, have to empty it out every few hours. Entire sink cabinet is waterlogged and deteriorated. No other violations noted or reported. MLC
